Registration

The 2019 ESOL Conference will take place from Feb. 5-7, 2019.

Elementary days are Feb. 5 & 6, Middle and High School day is Feb. 7.
Early Registration rate: Through-Nov 30: $110
Registration after November 30th: $130

You can register with a credit card, debit card, purchase order or check. Please see the detailed instructions below regarding your options for registration.

Due to administrative fees, presenters will need to pay a registration fee of $30.00. Presenters will be sent the link for registration once they are notified that they will be presenting.

We also offer a discounted rate of $0.00 for students.

Cancellations and request for refunds must be received by January 25, 2019. If you are not able to attend, name changes are allowed with prior notice. Refund request received after January 25, 2019 will not be honored. A $30 cancellation fee will apply to all requests for refunds. Request for refunds should be made by emailing bcoecepp@kennesaw.edu.
